Framed Trees

 Good Morning.
Today, I am playing with some new to me crafting things I just picked up last week.
I wanted to make a clean and simple card and this is what I came up with.

I began by colouring the Forest Background from Hero Arts with my Zig markers, sprayed with water and stamped onto watercolour paper.  It gave me a wonderful, watercoloured image.
Next, I die cut the stitched frame using a die from MFT called Rectangle Peek a Boo Window and mounted my image behind it.
I stamped the sentiment from Technique Tuesday and added it onto a piece of blue cardstock.
That's it...pretty simple.

Adding my card to these challenges:

Brown Sugar- BIRTHDAY

A Bit More Time to Craft- ANYTHING GOES

Thanks so very much for coming by and taking a look.

Supplies:  stamps- Hero Arts, TT/ die- MFT/ Cuttlebug/ Zig markers/ Memento bl ink

I love your watercoloured stamped background trees, Karen. Your peek-a-boo die cut window was a beautiful way of framing your image. TFS my friend. Hugs...

I really love this pretty scene Karen and the white embossing looks fabulous, and using your Zigs you have given it that slightly watery feel which suits it perfectly. I love that random stitched frame too which draws your eye in and then the nice large sentiment to finish. x

How beautiful this is! I LOVE that die you used to create this fabulous frame, Karen! I think that is one I may have to have. Maybe simple for you but not necessarily for me. I'm watercolor challenged (grin).
